I'm the Managing Director at Fluent and I keep an eye on all of our client projects.

I founded the company back in 2003 and I’m all about precise detail. I make sure our exacting levels of service, product and client satisfaction are delivered.

For over 15 years I’ve worked as a strategic design lead across major public and private sector redesign projects for websites, mobile and web applications with a track record of successful delivery on large-scale, complex user-centred design projects.

I’m as comfortable adjusting the pixels on an interface, as I am leading a rapid prototyping workshop or a large digital change program.

I’m particularly interested in the application of user-centred design to industries such as financial services and banking where I’ve delivered some award winning work.

I’m the Director of User Experience Research at Fluent and I work full time on our user research and usability testing projects.

My background is in behavioural research with a PhD in HCI, and I’m passionate about the right approach to user research – gathering data in a reliable, valid way.

I really like understanding our clients, working with them to identify the appropriate way of testing each project and I enjoy new challenges. I’m happiest relaxing with a glass of wine with the client at the end of a well run session.

I’ve run user testing projects with clients all across the UK, while outside of work I play Ultimate Frisbee to an international level which keeps me ticking off new places.

I'm a Senior User Experience Designer at Fluent and I built my first website way back in 1998. I now head up the visual, graphic design and accessibility team here, and have extensive experience of working alongside technical implementation teams to ensure that the user experience vision is successfully implemented.

I come from a graphic design and web design background, with a passion for cinema and the arts. You can trust me for strong opinions on a latest release, be it UI, UX or MGM.

I also have a focus on web standards, making sure all our websites are designed and built with accessibility in mind.

I’m a Senior User Experience Designer at Fluent. My focus is creating quality 'pixel-perfect’ designs and prototyping concepts for user testing.

I have a strong background in both eCommerce and digital service design, where I have created online services for government and ministry organisations in Auckland, New Zealand.

My MSc in Human-Computer Interaction equipped me with the skills to follow a user-centred design process and create engaging and easy to use systems.

After living in New Zealand for 8 years, my accent is yet to return to its native East London!

I’m a User Experience Consultant. My background in design research and my MSc in Human-Centred Systems have led me to find a home at Fluent.

I enjoy discovering ways to humanise technology and aim to design experiences where technology helps make meaningful connections for people. In terms of humanising technology, my masters thesis allowed me to explore ways in which the senses (like sight and smell) could be incorporated to online food experiences.

I’ve been lucky enough to live and work across various cultures, countries, products and industries, fostering empathy in my approach.

In my spare time, you can find me seeking any opportunity to practice Portuguese or experimenting with homemade natural beauty products in my lab (er, kitchen).

I’m a Senior Designer at Fluent, responsible for bringing creative concepts to life, from interactive prototypes, to concept boards and video work. I come from a design background and am skilled in many creative techniques which I’ve used to design solutions for SMEs, large multinationals and public sector bodies, often pushing our prototypes to innovative new levels.

I also look after our studios setup, and designed a lot of our custom testing kit. I’m always looking for ways to improve the way we do our testing to make sure it’s as naturalistic as possible – especially if I can get the power tools out as well.

I’m a User Experience Consultant at Fluent. I joined after completing a Masters in Product Design where my focus was on Human Centered Design, Emotional Design and Inclusive Design, areas I believe are key in creating a strong user-product relationship.

Growing up in Hong Kong, I speak fluent Cantonese and love exploring new cultures and cuisines. In my spare time, I am either in a dance class, trying out a new fitness trend or making something. I love creating things that people can enjoy, whether it is food, clothes or digital experiences.

Here at Fluent I'm a Senior User Experience Researcher. With over a decade in digital roles spanning content strategy, copywriting, user research, and client/project management, I bring a range of experience to the team.

I’ve helped plan, create and deliver diverse web projects across sectors such as legal, financial and government, and enjoy working at the coalface discovering how to make technology work for users’ needs and a client’s business requirements in equal measure. By running all kinds of user research sessions, I relish engaging with users to establish insights that will improve a service.

I like to get away from screens and devices by getting outdoors on my bike, skiing and chopping wood!

I’m a User Experience Consultant at Fluent with a focus on rapid prototyping concepts in Axure, and I also get involved in user testing.

Having dabbled in HTML, CSS and jQuery in the past, I also have a particular interest in analytics data and how we combine this with our usability testing and IA work.

I’m a Senior User Experience Researcher at Fluent. I joined after completing my MSc in Human-Centred Systems where my particular area of interest was user testing and creativity techniques in design.

I’m enthusiastic about new technology and like to get involved in both prototyping and user research projects with our clients.

My sideline in acting means there’s no risk of drama in our user testing sessions and my hobby of flying gliders has taught me to remain calm and focused under pressure.

I’m a User Experience Consultant at Fluent with a bit of a design streak so I enjoy projects that challenge me in both research and design. I completed my Masters in Design Innovation over in New Zealand where I created an app to help understand the experience of hearing voices or auditory hallucinations.

I have one vice: an unhealthy obsession with crime documentaries, in particular, retrials. I like to think my desire to analyse helps at Fluent, keeping me always on the look out for evidence and ways of solving issues.

I also believe one of the best things in life is great food and one of the worst things is food envy. And, unlike the rest of the office, I choose cats over dogs.

I’m a Senior User Experience Researcher at Fluent. My focus on psychology and ergonomics as an undergraduate led to my interest in systems ergonomics & UX and a masters in Human-Centred Systems. I bring an academic rigour to all our work at Fluent.

I like getting involved in long complex projects and working to improve the ways we communicate our research findings to clients.

I’m a big fan of getting my passport stamped so always enjoy the opportunity to work out in the field no matter how far afield.
